Notice 12 Feb 1961
Melching, August Carl, Rte 1, Gobles, MI, age 84, passed away Monday Feb 6, at his home.
Mr. Melching is survivied by four daughters, Mrs. Twila VanOoy of Kalamazoo, Mrs. Vera Bryan of Denver Co., Mrs. Winona Rabb and Mrs. Theoline Butler of Kalamazoo; five sons, LaFa, Leland of Kalamazoo, Kenneth of Canada, Donald and Donovan of Gobles, 25 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, five sisters, Lilly Moore of Detroit, Lena Hall and Elsie Stewart of Harbor Springs, Julia Wells of Michigan and Matilda Power.
Funeral services will be held at the Andre Funeral Home, Wednesday at 2 pm. Burial in Robinson Cemetery.
