Franklin Reeve Robison, 80, passed away February 7, 1993 at his home in Murray.
Born September 20, 1912 in Hinckley, Utah to Willis Eugene and Emma Elizabeth Reeve Robison. Married Fern Blake on July 14, 1933 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. In his life he has farmed, been a supervisor at Lockheed Aircraft during World War II, worked at Midvale Smelter, Chicago Bridge and Iron and barbered for 30 years, retiring in 1983. He was active in the Taylorsville and Bennion Lions Club, charter secretary of Utah Barber's Guild. He has been active in the LDS Church, High Priest group leader in three wards, served two stake missions in California, in the 61st Quorum of Seventy and as one of the seven presidents of Seventy in the original Taylorsville Stake.
He enjoyed woodwork, drafting patterns, tools and gardening. He was an avid golfer.
Survived by his eternal companion, Fern, children, Darlene (Tom) Rynearson, Murray; Margaret (Evan) Swensen, Alaska; Carl (Sally) Robison, Bennion; Eva Ann (Bill) Hanson, Taylorsville; Luella (Ron) Eggleston, Alaska; Frank J. (Terry) Robison, West Valley City; 30 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 11, 1993, 11 a.m., Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Rd., where friends may call Wednesday 6-8 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to services.
Interment: Redwood Memorial Estates.
