Thanks to Wikipedia
Some of the page almost certainly originated with Wikipedia - e.g. a forerunner to wikipedia:Help:Wiki_markup - in which case it should have been specifically acknowledged on the HRWiki and here so as to conform with the license.
I notice that at least one of the significant contributors here makes much use of HTML tags such as br and td. MediaWiki markup is much simpler and is worth studying if you are doing more than a couple of articles. Table code, for example, consists almost entirely of "|" in ones or twos separating cells, with the occasional carriage return and a simple "|-" to start a new row. See wikipedia:Help:Wikitable.
