WILL OF WILLIAM M. ROBINSON

In the name of God Amen - I William M. Robinson of the town of Richmondville County of Schoharie and State of New York, aged Eighty four years being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say,

First - I direct that my funeral charges the Expenses of Administrating my estate and all my debts be paid out of my personal Estate

Second - I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Hester Robinson all the household furniture I may have at the time of my death Also one horse, one cow and the same to be selected by her out of my stock I may die possessed of. Also a one horse harness and buggy wagon. Also the sole use and benefit as long as she may live of the middle room and parlor adjoining and bedroom and pantry milk house and wash room on the first or lower floor. Also one half of the cellar and one half of the chamber all situated in the house I now reside in the town County and State aforesaid. Also the rents of the farm known as the home farm on which I now reside situate in Brooker Hoolow during her life time said rents to be obtained and applied according to the directions hereinafter given to my Executor hereinafter named.

Third - I give and bequeath to my son Christopher Robinson the sum of Two hundred dollars to be paid from my personal Estate.

Fourth - I give and bequeath my son Harmon Robinson Two hundred dollars to be paid from my personal Estate -

Fifth - I give and bequeath to my son Aaron H. Robinson Two hundred dollars to be paid from my personal Estate.

Sixth - I give and bequeath to my Grand Son Delos Johnson two hundred dollars to be paid from my personal Estate.

Seventh - I give and bequeath to my Grand Son James Johnson two hundred dollars to be paid from my personal Estate.

Eighth - I give and bequeath to my Grand daughter Celestia Pierce two hundred dollars to be paid out of my personal Estate.

Ninth - I give and bequeath all the residue of my personal Estate to my Sons Christopher Robinson, Harmon Robinson, Aaron H. Robinson, William Robinson, James Robinson, Jesse Robinson and Milo Robinson each to share and share alike in the same and in case any one of my said sons above named shall die in my life time leaving issue or decendats the said legacy shall not lapse but the same shall be paid to shuch issue or decendants by my Executor Excluding from said legacy my Grandsons Delos Johnson, James Johnson and Grand daughter Celestia Pierce the heirs of my daughter Jane deceased - the wife of Cornelius Johnson.

Tenth - I give and devise to my sons Christopher Robinson, Harmon Robinson, Aaron H. Robinson, William Robinson, James Robinson, Jesse Robinson and excluding from this devise the heirs of my daughter Jane deceased, above mentioned all my real Estate share and share alike after the death of my wife Hester Robinson.

Eleventh - I hereby nominate and appoint my son James Robinson sole executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made and I hereby direct my said Executor to rent said farm upon which I now reside it being the same real Estate hereinbefore devised for as large an amount as he can obtain and deliver said rent or money so obtained from time to time or so much thereof as my said wife may desire during her life time and whatever sum then remains annually of the rents aforesaid over and above the sum that my said wife shall desire to use to put the same on interest for the use and benefir of my said wife as long as she may live or to sell said premises by the consent of my said wife and two thirds of the bove mentioned sons and to invest the proceeds of said sale in good securities for the use and benefit of my said wife as above mentioned and after her death if there is any money left of said sum principal and interest so invested as aforesaid to divide the same equally between my said sons above mentioned exclusive of my son Milo Robinson who is also Excluded from legacy mentioned in Item Ten. and whose name is erased as appears in said Item Ten.

Twelfth - The bequests and devises to my wife Hester Robinson are to be in lieu of dower and of any distributive share of my wstate to which she might otherwise be entitled.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 24th day of June 1876.

We whose names are hereto subscribed do certify that William M. Robinson the testator subscribed his name to this instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of us and at the same time he declared in our presence and hearing that the same was his last will and testament, and requested us and each of us to sign our names thereto as witnesses to the Execution thereof and which we have done accordingly in the presence of the testator and of each other the day of the date of the said Will, and we further certify that this instrument is written on one sheet of legal cap paper.
