Anna E. Overhalt was born in April 1897 in Vanderbilt, Otsego, Michigan.

Her parents are John B. Overholt and Sarah Ellen Philips.

Her father died and her mother married James M. Howse.

Her brothers and sisters are: Eisey May Howse, Melvin Earl Howse, Myrtle Sina Howse, Charles Adelbert Howse, Sylvia Pauline Howse and Clifford Leroy Howse.

When she was three she was bitten by a cat and was never really the same afterwards.

Annie died in 1907 in Charlevoix, Michigan. At least that is what family records say, the 1910 Federal Census said she was alive and well in McKinley Twp., Emmet, Michigan. Need to get the death certificate and burial.
