Eisey May Howse was born December 30, 1903 in Harbor Springs, Emmet, Michigan, daughter of James Milton Howse and Sarah Ellen Philips.

She is a sister of Melvin Earl, Myrtle Sina, Charles Adelbert and Sylvia Pauline and Clifford Leroy Howse.

She also had two older half-brothers, Raymond Leslie and James Milton House, Jr. and a half-sister, Annie E. Overholt.

Eisey died December 22, 1914 in Harbor Springs, Emmet, Michigan. She is buried at the Lakeview Cemetery in Harbor Springs.

Petoskey Evening News, Thursday, December 24, 1914:

Eicey House, the eleven-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James House, died early Wednesday morning after a short illness. Funeral will occur from the M. E. church Saturday afternoon at 2:30. Rev. H. E. Walker will officiate. Burial will take place in Lakeview cemetery.
